360 mm Radiator with Triple P12 PWM A-RGB Fans

PWM-Controlled Pump and Copper Cold Plate

The pump circulates coolant through the 360 mm radiator and uses a copper cold plate with micro-skived fins to maximise the surface available for heat transfer from the CPU. The cooler includes ARCTIC MX-6 thermal compound, providing a ready-to-use thermal interface for installation. Integrated VRM Cooling

A distinctive feature of the Liquid Freezer III series is its integrated VRM cooling fan positioned within the pump module. The dedicated fan operates from 400 to 2500 RPM and directs additional airflow towards the motherboard's voltage regulation components surrounding the CPU socket. This provides supplementary airflow in an area that can experience increased temperatures during demanding workloads. The VRM module also incorporates 12 A-RGB LEDs, adding illumination directly around the pump housing. The cooler supports either an all-in-one PWM connection or individual fan and pump control depending on the selected cable configuration and motherboard setup.
