The Razer DeathAdder V3 is a lightweight wired gaming mouse designed for competitive gaming, combining a refined ergonomic shape with high-performance tracking technology. Weighing just 59 g without the cable, it is built to provide fast and controlled movement while reducing unnecessary weight. At its core is the Razer Focus Pro 30K Optical Sensor, offering up to 30,000 DPI, 750 IPS tracking speed and 70 G acceleration. Focus Pro 30K Optical Sensor

The DeathAdder V3 features Razer's Focus Pro 30K Optical Sensor, designed for high-precision tracking across a wide range of surfaces. It provides up to 30,000 DPI sensitivity, with a maximum tracking speed of 750 IPS and acceleration of up to 70 G. The sensor also includes Razer's intelligent tracking technologies, including Smart Tracking, Motion Sync and Asymmetric Cut-Off. These features allow tracking behaviour and lift-off distance to be adjusted through Razer Synapse, giving users greater control over how the mouse responds to their individual setup and playing style.

8000 Hz HyperPolling Technology

One of the key features of the wired DeathAdder V3 is its support for up to 8000 Hz polling through Razer HyperPolling Technology. At the maximum setting, the mouse can communicate its position and clicks to the PC up to 8000 times per second. This increases the frequency at which mouse movement information is reported, helping provide smoother and more responsive cursor updates. The polling rate can be configured in Razer Synapse, with 1000 Hz available as the default setting. For competitive gaming systems with sufficiently capable hardware, the higher polling rates provide an additional level of responsiveness.

Gen-3 Optical Mouse Switches

The DeathAdder V3 uses Razer Optical Mouse Switches Gen-3, engineered for fast actuation and long-term durability. The switches feature a 0.2 ms actuation speed and are rated for up to 90 million clicks. Optical switching is designed to provide consistent actuation while avoiding the traditional mechanical contact used by conventional mouse switches. The mouse includes six independently programmable buttons, allowing commands, shortcuts and macros to be configured through Razer Synapse. A tactile gaming-grade scroll wheel provides controlled scrolling, while the DPI/polling-rate button allows convenient adjustment of sensitivity and polling settings.

The DeathAdder V3 retains the recognisable ergonomic shape of the DeathAdder family while reducing its weight to just 59 g. It is designed specifically for right-handed users and measures approximately 128 × 68 × 44 mm. The refined shape includes an added ring-finger ledge to provide additional support and grip during extended use. Its smooth-touch finish is designed to remain comfortable while maintaining control during fast movements. Large 100% PTFE mouse feet provide a smooth glide across compatible surfaces, helping the lightweight design translate into quick and controlled physical movement.

Razer Speedflex Cable and Onboard Profiles

The mouse uses Razer's Speedflex cable, designed to remain flexible and minimise cable drag during movement. The DeathAdder V3 also features five onboard memory profiles, allowing customised settings such as DPI, polling rate, lift-off distance and button configurations to be stored directly on the mouse. Through Razer Synapse, users can configure macros, sensitivity stages and other supported settings to create profiles for different games or applications.
